Thomas J. Price, DDS, MAGD

Thomas J. Price, DDS, MAGD, attended Georgia State University for his undergraduate education, and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Emory University. After having served in the Navy as a dentist, he entered into private practice in 1974.

Dr. Price received his Fellowship credentials from the Academy of General Dentistry in 2004, and achieved his Mastership level in 2006. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Northern District Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Price is a Past President of the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a Past President of the Eames General Dentistry Study Club.

Through his Outreach Missions, Dr. Price has provided dental care to remote villages along the Amazon River in Brazil and Peru sponsored by Atlanta’s International “Rivers of the World” organization.

In 2006, Dr. Price merged with Rowe Family Dentistry located in Decatur’s Commerce Plaza building.

My Mission

Dr. Harvey strongly believes in the S.E.A.M. approach when it comes to patient care. (S)ympathy and (E)mpathy for patients, (A)ttentiveness to details of dental work provided for patients, and establishing (M)eaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Dr. Harvey is currently an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Academy, and American Dental Association. He is committed to continuing education in order to remain knowledgeable with state-of-the-art technology, procedures and materials in dentistry.

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Harvey is originally from Macon, Georgia. He fell in love with dentistry at the young age of 14, and he's been in hot pursuit ever since! Dr. Harvey also has a second passion for music, as he's played instruments his entire life. He taught himself basic music theory throughout undergrad and dental school. Dr. Harvey loves challenging himself, and that's why he loves the dental field. Technology is constantly advancing, and new research is conducted constantly. It's a rewarding profession that provides deep personal relationships with patients and the community. This career allows Dr. Harvey to do what he loves, all while helping others.
